On April 29, 2025, the State Agency for Construction Quality Inspection (Ministry of Construction) issued Notification No. 68/GĐ-ATXD/HT, officially confirming that the Commercial Center and Basement of Tien Bo Plaza, located at 175 Nguyen Thai Hoc, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, has successfully completed final inspection and is approved for operation in accordance with current construction quality regulations.

This achievement reflects the commitment, coordination, and dedication of all parties involved— from the investor and construction teams to consultants and regulatory authorities.
